Processing Order Policy

Orders are processed daily and will be ship out on the next working days.

Your order should arrive:
West Malaysia: within 2-4 working days (depending on the courier services that you picked)
East Malaysia: within 4-6 working days (depending on the courier service that you picked)

Working days are Monday-Friday (Public holidays excluded)

Please note that estimated delivery time are to be used as a guide only. We will not be responsible for any delays or lost parcel from courier services.

Return Policy

Our return policy last for 30 days from the date of purchase. If you need to return, please send us request via our Contact page. Please include your order number, your full name, shipping address and reason for return and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Terms & Guidelines

• All returned items must be sealed and unused.
• We are not responsible for the return shipping cost of the items.
• Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so it will not be damaged during shipment.
• Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service.
• We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

Refund Policy / Money-back Guarantee Policy

Down below are the terms and conditions for refund or money back guaranteed policy: 

• Make sure you send your selfie photo with the product to us. The selfie photo must be on the date received the product and the product photo look are sealed with bubble wrap and sealed with the packaging sealer. This is to ensure the photo taken is a photo before you start consuming our product.
• Make sure you send your selfie photo after using the product. Please also make sure the photo is clear to see the side effects part. 
• Your body will react to any product if it is not suitable with your body within 7 days. Thus, this claim is only valid within 7 days after the date you received your product. Please email all related details to in**@pe***.my to claim your refund. 

No refund for any return parcel and we will not bare for any additional cost for return parcel.

No refund once shipped out for no valid reason. We are not reliable for late of shipment by courier company.

No refund for any miss-looked of backorder purchased.

No refund for the late backorder date of arrival.

No refund for any failed delivery, lost parcel, or damaged parcel to the destination country.

Refund will be given for relevant reason only. No refund for any of your own miss-look information for example:
Asking for refund because you didn’t know it’s pre order basis when on the website already stated allow on backorder.

30 Day Money-back Guarantee Policy

• Before picture must be send to us.
• After 30 days picture also must be send to us.
• You are not allowed to get refund after 30 days of date of product received.
• Smokers or drinkers are not applicable for this refund as their condition makes the supplement work less effective by 20%.
• Any suspicious matter will be taken seriously as we will not let this good offer abused by the people.
